This new home gives us room to gather, learn, level up, and celebrate the game we love. Whether you’re joining a class or dropping in for Social Play, our doors are open and there’s a seat for you at the table.

Crak Bam Mahj finally has a space that reflects the heart of our community — conveniently located at Rio in Gaithersburg — and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Only 5 spots left! Enjoy a relaxed afternoon of Mahjong in a charming English Classic Tea inspired atmosphere, where conversation flows as easily as the game and every detail is beautifully set.

Arrive with your group or come on your own: there’s always a beautiful set and a seat waiting and a warm, welcoming table to join.

🀄 Social Play is Here!

Looking for a fun place to come with your friends—or hoping to meet new friends who share your love of Mahj?

With our brand‑new permanent space officially open, we’re excited to share that Social Play has been added to the Crak Bam Mahj lineup, starting next week! Our cozy, bright, welcoming room was made for gathering, laughing, learning, and playing, and now you can enjoy regular Social Play sessions each week.

To make things easy and flexible, we’re offering two different play options:

• 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM A full, relaxed day of Mahj including lunch — perfect for settling in, enjoying great company, and playing at your own pace.

• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM An afternoon session with snacks, drinks, and all the Mahj magic you can handle.

Whether you arrive with friends or come solo, you’ll be welcomed into a community where conversation flows easily, laughter is part of the rhythm, and the game becomes a shared ritual.
